Job Description Western Container – Material HandlerIf you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and being a key part of a production team, this role is for you. As a Material Handler, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by making sure materials are in the right place at the right time, safely and efficiently. Your work directly supports production, quality, and customer satisfaction.You'll join a collaborative team that values safety, organization, and continuous improvement.What You'll Do:Move, stage, and track materials throughout the facility to support production and shippingLoad and unload trailers; receive and verify inbound and outbound shipmentsMaintain accurate inventory and documentation using ERP and basic computer systemsSupply production lines with materials and manage in-process inventoryPrepare finished goods for shipment (pulling, packing, and securing product)Operate and inspect material-handling equipment, including forkliftsKeep bays, staging areas, and equipment clean, organized, and safeWork closely with production and management to meet customer demandFollow all safety policies and PPE requirementsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GEDForklift certification (required)1–3 months of related experience or training preferredComfortable using computers and basic software (ERP, Outlook, & Excel)Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focusedStill interested?
