Maintenance Technician

HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry in St. Peters, MOSalary: $25-$40/hour + monthly performance bonus (based on experience)Shift: Day Shift - Full TimeLocation: St. Peters, MOJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstall and set up a wide range of machine tools and manufacturing equipmentDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine tools and systems efficientlyPerform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance productivityRead and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagramsUtilize machine tool programming languages and PLCs for troubleshooting and repairsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipmentFollow all internal and external quality and safety standards, including AS-9100Support continuous improvement efforts using 6S and lean manufacturing practicesMaintain clear and accurate maintenance recordsEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentTechnical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with machine tool programming and PLC systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationKnowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and best practicesFamiliarity with quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environmentExcellent teamwork and communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyComfortable working in a clean, climate-controlled shop environmentIf you are interested, please apply
