Mitigation Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mitigation Project Manager to lead and oversee mitigation efforts for fire and water damage projects, and environmental and safety-related projects. This role involves coordinating teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, experience in custodial or janitorial services, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in diverse settings such as hospitality, commercial cleaning, or hotel environments. Responsibilities Lead and supervise mitigation projects focused on environmental safety, cleanliness, and hazard reduction. Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks while maintaining high standards of quality. Oversee cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and custodial activities to ensure facilities meet safety and hygiene requirements. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively to maximize efficiency and impact. Conduct inspections and audits of work sites to verify compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders across hospitality, hotel management, or commercial cleaning sectors to align project goals with operational needs. Skills Proven supervising experience in cleaning, custodial services, or hospitality management. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Extensive janitorial experience combined with knowledge of laundry operations and commercial cleaning techniques. Demonstrated leadership in hotel or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeping management. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to environmental mitigation and facility maintenance.
