Knowledge Manager

Knowledge Manager The company is seeking mid-level and senior Knowledge Managers to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD. Responsibilities: Develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites) that can serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data. Manage the development of strategies to coordinate an organization's resources and unite efforts for a healthier and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include organizing the organization's databases, spearheading the KM programs and projects, answering inquiries, processing requisitions, and addressing issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently. Lead and encourage teams to reach organization goals, all while implementing the organization's policies and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (9 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree) Minimum years of related experience: Mid-level: 3 years of experience Senior: 7 years of experience Desired Qualifications: Certification from KM Institute (Certified Knowledge Practitioner(CKPTM), or Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM)) Security Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required Travel: Some travel may be required.
