Residential Construction Superintendent

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the field operations for high-end custom home projects ranging from $1M-$10M. This Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest level of craftsmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projectsCoordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspectionsEnsure quality control and adherence to high-end finish standardsMaintain jobsite safety and complianceUtilize construction technology/software to track progress and updatesCollaborate with Project Managers, architects, and homeownersIdentify and proactively resolve field issuesQualifications10+ years of residential construction experience, with a focus on luxury custom homes ($1M-$10M)Proven experience as a Superintendent on high-end buildsStrong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practicesTech-savvy with experience using construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat We're Looking ForDetail-oriented Superintendent who takes pride in craftsmanshipStrong ability to manage high-end client expectationsOrganized, proactive, and solution-driven mindsetAbility to lead teams and maintain efficient, clean jobsites
