Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician performs routine and emergency maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting repairs, and carrying out preventive maintenance activities to support safe and efficient operations in an industrial environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance on industrial equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure reliable operation.Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize equipment downtime and production interruptions.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC-related issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic methods.Conduct both preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to support accurate repairs and installations.Support facility upgrades and new equipment installations by assisting with setup, testing, and commissioning activities.Follow safety procedures and best practices while working on equipment and within the facility to maintain a safe work environment.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or related maintenance experience.Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial machinery, including mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to perform both preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance in an industrial setting.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics for mechanical and electrical systems.Experience using electrical metering tools to diagnose and verify electrical system performance.Hands-on experience with mechanical repair and maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience or knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.Familiarity with maintaining maintenance schedules and logs.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple maintenance tasks and priorities.Why Work Here?You will join a family-owned organization with a stable presence and a strong reputation as an industry leader in stationary and telescopic seating manufacturing. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
