New patient phone calls will be routed, answered, matched, and scheduled by a dedicated client care team...including all new patient intake forms. Billing and collections are managed by another dedicated team to ensure all insurance claims get processed and paid in a timely manner.Details Of This PositionResponsibilities / DutiesFull-Time Mental Health Clinician - Ellie Mental Health.Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyFor Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per weekProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)A sense of humor will certainly help as well!Required QualificationsCandidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and are licensure in their designated fieldCandidates should have clinical licensure (LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LP etc.)Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerIdeal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.Ability to pass a background check.BenefitsHealthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K plans... you know, the usual :)Tons of consultation, support, and flexibility in scheduling and hoursOpportunity to be creative and develop your passions into new programs and servicesAwesome Team Building Activities and SwagPaid training opportunities++This is not an exhaustive list
