Construction Worker

Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our growing team. This position involves traveling throughout the Treasure Valley and Owyhee County to construct pole barns, steel buildings, and custom homes. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well as part of a small team. Responsibilities: Assist with the construction of pole barns, steel buildings, and custom homes from start to finish. Perform framing, roofing, siding, concrete preparation, and general construction tasks. Read and follow blueprints, plans, and supervisor instructions. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Load, unload, and organize building materials and maintain a clean job site. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Travel to various job sites throughout the Treasure Valley and Owyhee County as needed. Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Qualifications: Construction experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Comfortable working at heights and using ladders. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
