The organization has a strong presence in Camden and plays a key role in the city’s ongoing revitalization.Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role is based in Voorhees, NJ. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or provider, including obtaining vital signs, administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with procedures in accordance with established protocols. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient status, documenting care accurately in the electronic health record, and communicating changes in condition to the care team. The LPN will support patient education, reinforce care plans, and promote safety, comfort, and dignity for patients and their families. The role also involves collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, maintaining infection control and quality standards, and participating in unit-based initiatives to improve patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.Qualifications Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey.Completion of an accredited practical nursing program; current BLS/CPR certification required.Experience in acute care, ambulatory care, or a similar clinical setting preferred.Demonstrated proficiency in direct patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and basic clinical procedures.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team.Competence with electronic health records, accurate documentation, and basic computer skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing patient needs.Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, infection prevention, and adherence to organizational policies and regulations.Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed to support patient care operations.
