As our company grows, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help expand SSCG's digital footprint.Position OverviewThe Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing, optimizing, and maintaining SSCG's digital marketing initiatives. This position is primarily focused on paid media, analytics, tracking, and website optimization, taking ownership of many day-to-day digital marketing tasks so senior leadership can focus on strategy, pricing, and broader initiatives.This role is perfect for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to grow their digital marketing skills. You'll gain hands-on experience, taking ownership of meaningful digital marketing tasks that directly impact business results. While your main focus will be digital, there will also be opportunities to assist with creative and print projects, giving you a well-rounded view of marketing in a fast-growing company. With variety built in, you'll work across multiple platforms, tools, and marketing channels, keeping every day interesting and full of learning opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising & AnalyticsManage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple self-storage facilitiesMonitor performance, conversion tracking, and KPIs using Google Analytics and Tag ManagerHelp identify trends, prepare reports and provide actionable insights to managerStay up to date on PPC best practices and platform updatesWebsite, SEO & PlatformsPerform routine website updates (pricing, promotions, facility details)Support on-page SEO and basic site optimizationEnsure forms, tracking, and integrations function properlyManage listings and online reputation platformsCompile monthly performance reports and pacing checksCollaborate cross-departmentally to align marketing and operational goalsTrack and manage digital marketing spend against budgetContribute ideas to improve workflows, tracking, and performanceExpand responsibilities based on skills and business needsSkills & QualificationsSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing deadlines independentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag ManagerUnderstanding of paid search metrics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimizationComfortable working with or learning website-building platformsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google SheetsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with SEO best practices is a plusExperience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus, but not requiredMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance offerings.Paid Holidays & Paid Time OffMonday through Friday, hours flexible but typically between 8AM-5PMJ-18808-Ljbffr
