Job Description: Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platformsDevelop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs that respect governor limits and bulkification principlesBuild Lightning Web Components for rich, performant user experiences embedded across Salesforce surfacesDesign and implement automation using Flow, Process Builder migration, and declarative-first patternsDevelop integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Salesforce ConnectImplement complex data models including custom objects, relationships, formula fields, and validation rulesBuild and maintain sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and row-level security configurationsDevelop and maintain comprehensive Apex unit tests with meaningful coverage and assertionsImplement CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABITParticipate in code reviews, contribute to development standards, and document technical decisionsTroubleshoot production issues including governor-limit errors, integration failures, and data anomaliesCollaborate with admins, architects, and product owners to refine requirementsOptimize performance for large-data-volume scenarios, including selective queries and async patternsSupport upgrades, releases, and refactoring of legacy implementations toward modern patternsStay current with Salesforce releases, Einstein/Agentforce features, and platform innovationsRequirements: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldDeep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limitsStrong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScriptExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIsHands-on experience with Flow and declarative automationStrong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharingSalesforce Platform Developer I certificationBenefits: Comprehensive benefitsCompetitive compensation packagesSupportive work-life balance
