Senior Project Manager **Future Opportunity**CSEngineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team! This role will provide senior-level project oversight and strategic leadership across complex logistics, distribution, and supply chain programs in a government environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive project management experience, a deep understanding of defense logistics distribution operations, and a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive budget, schedule, and performance goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe Senior Project Manager will serve as the on-site senior lead, providing strategic direction and full contract performance authority while acting as the principal liaison between contractor personnel and government leadership.Carry out established planning, budgeting, and program execution functions for designated projects to ensure all deliverables meet performance requirements and objectivesDevelop and implement strategies to attain budget, schedule, and performance goals across a multitude of varying, complex projects managed simultaneouslyApply expertise and experience in defense logistics distribution operations to drive operational efficiency and mission supportServe as the principal point of contact between the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Contracting Officer (KO), and corporate management on all contract performance mattersDemonstrate excellent communication and facilitation skills across all levels of government and contractor leadershipManage project scope, schedule, and resource changes through structured change control processesMaintain and attain professional certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) throughout the period of performancePrepare and deliver program status reporting, briefings, and documentation to government leadership as required REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSecurity Clearance: DSS approved facility clearance requiredBachelor's or master's Degree in program/project management, engineering, logistics, distribution or supply chain management, finance, or business administration/managementActive Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - must be maintained throughout the period of performanceMinimum of eight (8) years of experience in program/project management, engineering, logistics, distribution or supply chain management, finance, or business administration/management disciplinesDemonstrated expertise and experience in defense logistics and distribution operationsProficiency with the latest version of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)Strong oral and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and lead teams in a complex, multi-project government environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience supporting DLA Distribution or similar defense logistics support contractsExperience managing CONUS and OCONUS logistics support operationsFamiliarity with government contract performance management and COR/KO coordinationLocation: Harrisburg, PA with potential CONUS and OCONUS travel as requiredCOMPANY OVERVIEWWho we are- CSEngineering, a Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small business established in 2002, is dedicated to becoming the premier engineering and services firm in our industry, all while prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.What we do- With a rich history of excellence, we boast significant expertise in a wide array of areas, including satellite systems, weapons and missile systems, naval architecture, aviation systems, IT and Enterprise Architecture, and more.
