Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere.Job Posting ExternalJob DutiesAnswer incommoding sales inquiry telephone calls.Provide information by phone, through email or by mail.Pre-qualify customer inquiry and disseminate call information to appropriate sales person or department.Make outbound telephone calls.Log, track, and communicate sales call information.Follow-up on sales leads and record sales results.Participate in training activities locally, in the field, & occasionally at the New Bremen corporate headquarters.Work within various departments within the branch as needed.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication, organizational, and & time management skills.Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment are necessary.Must be proficient in Microsoft office.Valid driver's license, good driving record, & the ability to safely operate lift trucksCompletion of background check, drug screen & physical required.Preferred QualificationsNone listedWork AuthorizationCrown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
