Job Summary:Executive Search Network/Platinum Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to serve as the Regional Director of Marketing & Admissions for a chain of Skilled Nursing Homes in Maine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing external referral relationships, establishing new relationships, and creating community engagement initiatives to elevate our brand.Responsibilities:Achieve assigned referral goals by completing all phases of marketing strategies with targeted healthcare professionals at multiple levelsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the Maine area, including hospitals and healthcare organizationsCreate and curate community engagement initiatives to elevate our brand among the communityDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and work independentlyOrganize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure successful execution of marketing strategiesPresent a professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to attend occasional events as requiredRequirements:Relevant and equivalent work experience in healthcare or a related fieldRelated business experience, preferably in the senior care industryAbility to work in the field and travel occasionallyKnowledge of the admissions/discharge process with respect to long-term care facilitiesExperience with NaviHealth referral management and familiarity with Medicare & MaineCare is preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $175,000 annuallyOpportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environmentHow to Apply:If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for marketing and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
