Job DescriptionLocation:Onsite at customer facilities, from home, and company headquarters located in Clearview, WA. Just South of Snohomish.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Programmer and Instructor with a strong background in machining, particularly with mills and lathes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Mastercam, Esprit, NX, Fusion 360, and/or Solidworks, and a passion for cutting-edge technology. This role involves hands-on work with machines, teaching customers, and staying updated with the latest advancements in technology and machine tools.Key Responsibilities:Utilize Mastercam, Esprit, NX, Fusion 360, and Solidworks to design and program complex parts as well as work with customers on machine controls, in house programming needs, ROI’s, etc. Operate and troubleshoot mills and lathes, with a focus on 5-axis machining. Provide onsite training and support to customers, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our technology. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials. Collaborate with the team to stay current with the latest technology, features, and functions in the industry. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent teaching and support. Attend continuous training to keep up on technologyQualifications:Proven experience with Mastercam, Esprit, NX, Fusion 360, and/or Solidworks with the drive to learn them as each customer uses a different platform. Strong machining background, particularly with mills and lathes. Experience with 5-axis machining is a significant plus. Excellent teaching and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Eagerness to learn and grow with new technology. Passion for cutting-edge technology and machine tools.
