Job DescriptionWhat is it for you:Established construction firm based in HoustonSpecializes in tenant interior construction projectsStrong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused buildsStable, growing company with tremendous opportunity for career advancementCompetitive compensation and benefits Job Type : Full Time Location : Houston, Texas Pay : Excellent Job Description What You Will Be DoingLead and manage tenant interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeoutOversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionMentor and develop junior Project Managers and APMs, improving team capabilityAct as a bridge to free up sales/leadership teams to focus on business developmentManage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat businessCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal stakeholdersUtilize tools like Procore, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Suite for project tracking and reportingMonitor project performance, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standardsIdentify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Experience You Will Need7-12+ years of experience in construction project managementStrong background in tenant interiors / commercial interiors projectsProven ability to lead projects end-to-end (budget, schedule, execution)Experience mentoring or managing junior PMs or project teamsProficiency with Procore, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, etc.)Strong communication and client-facing experienceExperience working with general contractors or similar environmentsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
