Application DeveloperLocations:1st Preference - Hopkins, MN or Irving, TX (3-5 days/week onsite)Alternate - Chicago, Atlanta, CharlotteFull time OpportunityExperience with CP4BA is a Plus.Required Skills:IBM BAWJavascriptKey Responsibilities:• Workflow Development: Design, develop and implement business workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow.• User Interface Design: Design and implement user interfaces for workflow applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience.• Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.• Integration: Integrate IBM BAW with other systems and applications as part of end-to-end business processes.• Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline business workflows.• Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.• Implement business rules and decision logic within the workflow processes• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators and other development teams to deliver comprehensive workflow solutions• Good to have knowledge of Banking Financial Services domain.• Coordinate with onsite and offshore for seamless delivery.Required Skills and Experience:• IBM BAW Platform• Minimum 8+ years of IBM BAW development experience.• Strong in UI development – proficiency in UI frameworks like React, Angular, Bootstrap and JavaScript.• Experience in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) and good understanding on Container Platform.
