Role Description This full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor role is an on-site position located in Altoona, FL. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, providing individual and group counseling, supporting clients' mental health recovery, and coordinating case management. The counselor will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, maintaining accurate documentation and assessing client progress. Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case ManagementExpertise in Mental Health, Psychology, and evidence-based therapeutic approachesExperience in providing Relationship Counseling and group therapy sessionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approachLicensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification or equivalent within the state of FloridaMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldKnowledge of Residential level care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamExperience with evidence-based practices for mental health treatment is highly desirable
