Executive Assistant

Responsible for supporting the Executive Team by performing numerous administrative duties. This role will interact with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors, and will be expected to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain a strict level of confidentiality. The person in this role is to work closely with the Sr. Executive Assistant in the development, implementation, and maintenance of various King Aerospace programs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The FollowingAnswer, screen, and direct phone calls for the Chairman in a professional manner.Accountable for monitoring, reading, and corresponding to emails.Prepares final letters, reports, and other correspondence from draft documents in a timely manner.Responsible for gathering information from all King Aerospace locations and assisting the KA companies in drafting, proofing, printing, and distributing the quarterly company newsletter and monthly blog as required.Responsible for making global travel arrangements and accommodations, preparation of itinerary, trip files, and necessary items for trips.Arrange corporate events including off-site and vendor appreciation activities.Maintain an organized filing system of both paper and electronic documentation.Manage calendar when required for both personal and professional obligations ensuring all commitments and deliverables are met.Oversee multiple priorities for the Leadership Team across King Aerospace as directed to include business and personal tasks.Supports all KA Companies and Operations with special projects.Assist in sales and marketing support.Complete personal and business errands for the Leadership Team.Represent the company at selected company events and travel domestically and internationally for company business when requested.Perform a variety of duties depending upon the shifting needs of the company.Responsible for all other duties as assigned.Education/ExperiencePreference for bachelor's degree.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.Previous military experience is a plus.Must be able to pass a typing, grammar, and spelling test.Excellent written and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.Ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Microsoft Project and WordPerfect.Ability to work in a very direct and assertive working environment.Must be able to obtain security clearance as necessary.Work EnvironmentThis is not a remote position. You are required to be present at King Aerospace Inc.'s home office during normal work hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, and talk or hear, stand, and reach with hands and arms.
