Maintenance Staff

Overview We are seeking a hard-working Maintenance Staff member to join our dynamic facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities through routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced setting that values quality workmanship and customer service. Duties Cleaning 200 campsites. Maintaining 20 rental units Cutting grass and trimming trees. Insect, pest and wildlife control across facilities/property. Filling Propane. Raking leaves and pickup garbage and debris. Organizing Maintenance tools and spare parts. Operating equipment including; tractor, skid steerer, mini excavator, mowers, trucks, golf carts. Painting, vinyl siding, light carpentry. Maintaining well water system, multiple septic systems, gravel roads, electrical outlets, multiple bath houses. Skills Must be reliable. Show up to work every day. Must be willing to work hard. From start of shift to end of shift. Job has heavy lifting and a lot of shoveling. Must be able to communicate with Coworkers. Must be willing to learn. Must be friendly, helpful and willing to interact with customers. Must be able to work with and without supervision.
