Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!Hybrid Role: 3 days/week onsiteCompensation: Up to $100,000 annual base salary + 10% target bonusPosition OverviewThe Senior Accountant is responsible for month‑end close, operational accounting, audit support, and financial reporting across multiple RLR entities, including Fort Worth, Puerto Rico, and Costa Rica. This role supports complex business programs spanning Trade, Liquidations, Asset Management, and intercompany transactions, while partnering closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and external auditors.This position requires strong technical accounting expertise, advanced analytical skills, and experience operating in multi‑entity, high‑volume environments.Key ResponsibilitiesMonth‑End Close & Financial ReportingPrepare and post journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliationsReview monthly results and perform variance analysis across multiple systemsPrepare inventory reserve analyses in accordance with corporate policy and GAAPOperational & Intercompany AccountingApprove purchase orders and vendor invoices; generate customer invoicesCreate manual customer invoices and intercompany cash settlementsInvestigate and resolve reconciling items across balance sheet accountsAudit, Compliance & ControlsSupport annual statutory audits, including PBC schedules and audit deliverablesPartner with external auditors and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiriesReview and approve audited financial statementsSystems, Data & Process ImprovementProvide finance input on ERP/system implementations and enhancementsParticipate in requirements definition, testing, and go‑live supportDrive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen accuracy, controls, and efficiencyGeneral AccountingMaintain lease accounting for U.S. RLR entities in accordance with GAAP and corporate policyMaintain fixed asset accounting per GAAP and corporate AFCE and Fixed Asset policiesPrepare weekly financial reporting and analysis using advanced Excel functionalityRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of progressive accounting experienceDemonstrated experience with:Month‑end close and journal entriesBalance sheet reconciliationsFinancial reporting and variance analysisStrong working knowledge of GAAPAdvanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets)Experience working with ERP systemsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skillsAbility to work independently and partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, and ITPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting multi‑entity or international operationsPrior involvement in statutory audits and PBC managementExperience with:Inventory accounting and reserve analysisIntercompany accounting and settlementsLease accounting and fixed assetsExperience supporting system implementations or process improvement initiativesBackground in high‑volume, operationally complex business environmentsWhy Join UsAt Ingram Micro, your work has impact. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives.
