Java Developer

Hello, This role is Contract to Hire so we are looking for candidates who can work on our W2. JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a mid-level Java developer to work in our development team that builds and supports consumer payment origination and processing (for example, external ACH transfers). The application is highly available and handles high volume payment origination, processing, and settlement capabilities for customer and colleague-facing applications. Must Have 3 years of hands-on development experience on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST, JSON, Micro Services, and incoming/outgoing file processing. Java version 8+ required. Excellent communication, design, documentation, analytical, and Agile delivery. Work independently and with minimal supervision. Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: Nice To Have 3 years of experience in developing microservices while utilizing continuous integration, build, and delivery w/spring, spring boot. Payments/payment processing background in 1 or more of the following: Wires, ACH, Zelle, TCH RTP or Bill Payments. Experience using monitoring and alerting tools eg. Dynatrace, Zenoss, Splunk, and log files to evaluate the health of mission critical production applications and to identify root causes for performance and functional issues. Experience with GIT, Maven, Jenkins, JSON & SOAP xml. • Hands-on experience in writing basic SQL queries. Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration technology. 3 years delivering software using agile methodologies.
