The Assistant Manager must work well under pressure, have previous restaurant management experience, and be excited to join a team that is dedicated to detail. This position is to assist the General Manager and Assistant General manager in accountability for the store's performance and requires strong organizational and communication skills to drive our commitment to excellent guest service and high-quality dining! Overall responsibilities include team leadership and motivation, overall financial management, guest satisfaction, and additional administrative tasks.Leads the execution of the brand dailyCompetent in all front of the house & back of house positionsResponsible for the cleanliness of the restaurantResponsible for same-store sales growthResponsible for line speed to be measured using transaction timesServe as a primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviewsHandles the execution of quality food following proper procedures and The Sicilian Butcher standardsAttend weekly meetings with the store management teamReview weekly employee schedulesAssists the General Manager in completing weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, online ordering, inventory, etc.Have a thorough knowledge of The Sicilian Butcher cultureFollows all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security and maintains a neat and clean appearanceAdheres to and ensures all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbookPerforms other duties as required by upper managementWho we are:The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual dining concept built on the rich culinary traditions of Sicily, reimagined for today's guests.
