As AI becomes a primary interface for understanding the world, forREAL is building core infrastructure for AI to understand, index, and market physical spaces.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Danvers, MA. The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power forREAL’s 3D scanning and visualization platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end user interfaces, implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating AI-driven features, and ensuring responsive, secure, and performant systems. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and 3D/AI teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, implementing best practices for code quality, and participating in code reviews. The engineer will also help improve development workflows, monitor production environments, and contribute to architectural decisions as the platform scales.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and general Software Development skills.Candidates should possess experience in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building APIs and integrating with databases.Candidates should possess familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD workflows.Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of web security, performance optimization, and testing practices.Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; experience with 3D, graphics, or AI-driven products is a plus.
