We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated all-star to join our Distribution recruiting team. We build talent communities by uniting tried and true recruiting techniques with the latest in the market, to build and grow relationships for long-term engagement. You will have direct access to hiring managers while liaising to build strategies with our talented recruiting and sourcing teams. You must have the bold ability to sift through our internal applicant pool and help streamline the internal recruiting process.Role ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting for distribution rolesPartner deeply and influence cross-functional team members within the. recruiting processHandle the entire hiring process from initial phone screen to offer acceptanceParticipating on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and performing recruiting programs and plans to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of peopleLearning the profiles within your supported Talent Communities, so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunitiesPartner with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting processServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers - pushing back, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing market intelligence that sharpens decision-makingCollaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to run an efficient, high-touch candidate experiencePipelining exceptional candidates for future opportunities at ***Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy, pipeline health reviews, and competitive talent intelligence initiativesBasic Requirements6-10+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for Sales/Distribution rolesDemonstrable track record of excellent customer serviceAbility to establish relationships by phone and in person with top tier talent and key stakeholdersExperience partnering and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycleSuccessfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsShining track record of success in a fast pace, totally frenetic environmentImprove the imperfect. If you bump into something that is broken, you love to fix itExperience partnering and influencing Senior level Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycleProven understanding of ATS tools and technologiesDegree or equivalent relevant experience required.
