Software Development Intern: Backend & API Focus

Responsibilities Work with developers to implement back-end services, APIs, and internal tools Debug issues and address performance bottlenecks Conform to modern best practices and coding standards Integrate applications with databases and work with table structures and data querying Write and implement unit tests Read and produce technical documentation Coordinate projects and manage administrative work Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related fields) Must have completed 2nd year Must be able to commit to full 3 months of internship Proficient with 2 or more of the following programming languages or technologies: PHP, ASP.NET, C#, HTML5 C++, Java, Swift AWS RESTful API, JSON, XML MS SQL Server and databases General understanding of software architecture and technologies (e.g. enterprise architecture, RESTful API, MS Dynamics CRM) Software repo, portfolio, or sample a strong plus Excellent command of the English language Strong research and problem-solving skills Excellent work ethic, driven, critical thinker, willing to take on varied challenges, time management skills, able to work and seek information or help independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
