This role helps oversee product data and development details, coordinates with factory partners on materials and specifications, and maintains development timelines to keep cross-functional teams aligned. The coordinator tracks styles, samples, and revisions, supports sourcing and market research efforts, and assists in managing fabric inventory and product setup to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the product lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesSupport new style development from concept through sample completionCoordinate with factory partners to confirm fabrics, trims, specs, and revisionsMaintain and organize all product development details including styles, samples, and updatesHelp oversee the product development calendar to keep projects on scheduleInput and manage detailed product data in order management or ERP systemsAssist in sourcing products from domestic vendorsHelp conduct market and trend research, including use of AI tools, to support product and pricing decisionsMonitor fabric inventory and identify opportunities for usage or closeout strategiesCoordinate sample line preparation for sales teamsSupport catalog development by ensuring product data accuracySkills And KnowledgeAbility to manage and interpret large amounts of product data, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, Comfortable working in systems and maintaining accurate records, Interest in apparel with an eye for product and design trends, Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related fieldInterest in sports and/or licensed apparel preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipmentAble to clearly view and read information on a computer screenOccasionally lift or move items up to 15 poundsLocationOn-site in Lenexa, KSPay Range$20.00 - $25.00
