This role serves as a key partner to physicians and advanced practice clinicians, acting as the face of the company and helping foster a strong culture across the service line.This position provides proactive day-to-day clinician support, manages onboarding activities, and ensures clinicians have the resources and information needed to succeed and thrive in their clinical work.Schedule: This is a 100% remote evening shift position working Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–11:00 PM CST. Flexibility may occasionally be required to support operational needs.What You'll DoAct as the main point of contact for clinicians, building trusted relationships and responding promptly to clinician needs while engaging internal resources as neededServe as the primary point of contact and coordinator for newly onboarding clinicians by managing internal requirements across departments and client needsHost clinician welcome callsEnsure clinicians are set up in internal systemsCoordinate with internal credentialing, licensing, and privileging (CLP) teamsEnsure clinicians are properly trained and educated on all systems and processes required to perform their workMaintain critical clinician information including privileging profiles, work status, contract type, Pod assignment, demographics, and expiration tracking for CLP, EMR access, DEA/CDS, and other requirementsMaintain information needed to support clinicians while on shift, including EMR access and client-specific workflowsProactively communicate upcoming changes such as new sites, workflows, announcements, and policiesSupport clinicians with technical needs including EMR access, cart technology, and internal software while ensuring issue resolutionMonitor clinician compliance related to signed orders, consult notes, and required documentationDistribute clinician dashboards, roadmaps, and reports as requiredOrganize and facilitate meetings, prepare meeting materials and minutes, and track action itemsSupport go-lives at new sitesManage clinician offboarding processesPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeAt least 2 years of healthcare experience requiredExcellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamAbility to build and maintain strong professional relationshipsFlexible, responsive, and adaptableAbility to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, 100% remote environmentAbility to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeAbility to work a consistent Evening Schedule (6:00 PM–11:00 PM CST)Why Join Access TeleCare100% Remote WorkHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k)Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, and wellness days — because we value both performance and balanceCulture of ownership, transparency, and results where the best ideas riseOpportunity to directly impact patient access nationwideAccess TeleCare, is an equal opportunity employer.
