Business Systems Specialist Location: Aurora, IL area Job Type: Full-time, hybrid-remote Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.Position SummaryWAV is seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Specialist to support and improve our core business and financial systems. In this role, you will partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to maintain data accuracy, deliver reliable reporting, and strengthen system processes that help the business operate efficiently. This is a hybrid-remote position requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones. If you enjoy working with systems, data, and process improvement in a cross-functional environment, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update master data in ERP and related systems, including customers, items, pricing, and vendors.Run data imports, updates, and validations using standardized templates and documented processes.Build and maintain reports, saved searches, dashboards, and support files for business stakeholders.Review data for accuracy and consistency, investigate issues, and coordinate corrections with internal teams.Support accounting and finance through system-generated reporting, reconciliations, and data maintenance.Document workflows, support training materials, and participate in process improvement and system enhancement efforts.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field, plus 2–4 years of experience in business systems support, ERP administration, data operations, or a related role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and Word, and experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite. Exposure to accounting or finance processes is preferred.Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time hybrid-remote position based in the Aurora, Illinois area. Limited travel may be required.
