OperationsJoin Our Team - We're Hiring Bluehook Tool Company LLC is hiring an Operations Coordinator / Service Coordinator for our Eagle Ford Basin District Office located in Alice, TX. Job Overview: As an Operations Coordinator, you will help to ensure flawless performance of products and services to ensure our execution exceeds customer expectations by: Acting as a contact for the customer’s wellsite representative and Bluehook’s Fishing Tool Supervisors for job preparation, execution and close out.Be responsible for dispatching resources in line with job requirements.Coordinate daily with our Fishing Tool Supervisors to ensure that all tools are processed, delivered and perform as designed. Key Responsibilities:Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment and ensuring all quality processes are adhered to.Maintain an orderly and clean work environment. Coordinating jobs as they are called in directly from Customer Representatives or Bluehook’s Field Tool Supervisors or Business Development team.Ensuring that essential customer, wellsite and wellbore information is obtained and properly documented.Ordering supplies and materials needed per order.Ensuring that all shipments are completed within specified time frames. This includes scheduling work loads, tracking product and reviewing invoices.Completing Job Folders in accordance with procedure.Support operations facility and associated personnel – includes but not limited to client support, inventory management, logistics, billing, tool maintenance and inspection, etc. Basic Qualifications:3+ years’ experience in a Fishing Tool / Well Intervention environment, Well-site experience and knowledge of field operations required. Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team. Must be proficient in use of Microsoft-based computer systems. Must be able to work day/night, weekends and overtime. Must be capable of troubleshooting issues and develop an efficient solution to resolve problems.
