Yu Ming Charter School seeks Chinese Lead Classroom Teachers (Middle) for the District in Oakland, CA. Dev & impl edu curriculum (6-8) in lang arts, math, social sci or sci. Dev benchmarks & assess student achievement & progress. Demonstrate effective classroom mgmt. Participate in prof'l dev & collab. Teach intervention. Sponsor extracurricular activities. Comm w/ students, families, colleagues & stakeholders. Ability to plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies. Must undergo background checks. Salary range is $61,013 to $97,320 annually. Must have Bach in any field, and hold (or be eligible for) relevant California Educator certificate or permit. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required.
