We offer our team members a competitive salary as well as competitive benefits, such as 5% matching 401k with no vesting period, family leave, and Healthcare/Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts -- just to name a few!In your role as the CI SME/Instructor for CI Analysis you will support the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) by delivering expert-level classroom instruction that enables Counterintelligence (CI) analysts to independently apply analytical tradecraft principles, concepts, tools, and techniques in direct support of complex CI activities. You will help students develop the knowledge and practical skills required to conduct strategic CI analysis and provide analytical support to CI operations, investigations, collection activities, and functional services.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom instruction that enables CI analysts to independently apply analytical tradecraft principles, concepts, tools, and techniques in direct support of complex CI activitiesAssess student performance in classroom and practical activities that may exceed an eight (8) hour dayProvide instruction on CI analysis in compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 standardsInstruct students on strategic CI analysis and analytical support to CI activities, including Offensive CI Operations, CI Collection Activities, CI Investigations, and CI Functional ServicesApply expert knowledge of analytical tradecraft to develop students' ability to evaluate, synthesize, and communicate CI-related informationSupport course teams in preparing, delivering, and refining instructional materials and practical exercisesProvide feedback and mentorship to students to strengthen analytical reasoning, tradecraft application, and mission support capabilitiesCoordinate with Government stakeholders, course leadership, and instructional staff to ensure training objectives are metYour QualificationsGraduate from an accredited all-source intelligence analyst course, such as DIA Foundational Professional Analyst Career Education (PACE), DoD equivalent, or U.S. Government Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent schoolTen (10) years demonstrated experience related to CI analysis, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 yearsDemonstrated experience conducting, instructing, and/or supervising CI analysis in compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 standardsDemonstrated experience as a CI Analyst conducting, supervising, or instructing strategic CI analysis or analytical support to CI activities, such as Offensive CI Operations, CI Collection Activities, CI Investigations, or CI Functional ServicesAbility to deliver classroom instruction that enables CI analysts to independently apply analytical tradecraft principles, concepts, tools, and techniquesAbility to assess student performance in activities that may exceed an eight (8) hour dayAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, instructors, and Government stakeholdersTS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
