Stanley Machining & Tool Corporation, a family-owned contract manufacturing company established in 1966, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Setup Specialist to join our dedicated team. Operating from nearly 400,000 square feet of facility space with over 200 machines, we serve Fortune 500 clients across industries such as Defense, Aerospace, Heavy Equipment, Agriculture, and Oil & Gas. We specialize in precision machining, offering turnkey solutions for a wide range of components, accommodating workpiece sizes from 5" to over 300" in length and turning diameters up to 110".
Position Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated professional with extensive experience in CNC programming and setup, capable of handling complex parts on CNC Turning and/or Milling Centers. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the high-quality production standards our clients expect.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming experience
Proficient in machining intricate metal parts with tight tolerances (up to +/- .001" for larger parts and +/- .0005" for smaller parts)
Experience working with complex machined components
Expertise in operating horizontal and vertical turning centers and/or milling centers with Fanuc controls
In-depth knowledge of tooling and fixtures
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proficiency in Mastercam and G-code programming
