You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Outbound calling to prospects & leads. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Use a customer needs-based approach to multiline and deepen customer relationships. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in sales preferred.
