What You'll Do As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for: Performing full cleaning of vacant apartments to ensure they are guest-ready, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces Washing walls, touch-up painting, and light spackling to restore the units' appearance Cleaning carpets and washing windows for a fresh, polished look Inspecting units to ensure they meet move-in standards and addressing any deficiencies Identifying and communicating maintenance concerns or repairs needed to the property management team to ensure units are fully ready for new tenants What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar environments Strong attention to detail and a pride in delivering quality work Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Physical ability to perform active cleaning duties and lift or move items as needed Why Join Us in Waterville?
