ET FCC / EPM Techno-Functional Specialist

Job OverviewPlan A Technologies is looking for an expert ET FCC / EPM Techno-Functional specialist to provide technical, functional, and accounting expertise across our Oracle EPM landscape. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial accounting requirements and technical system execution, ensuring a deep understanding of the interrelationships between EPM modules (specifically Oracle FCC and PBCS) and the broader ERP environment.Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience in EPM implementation or administration, specifically in techno-functional roles to be considered for this role.JOB RESPONSIBILITYTechnical & Functional Oversight: Provide deep expertise across Oracle FCC and PBCS to ensure system architecture aligns with business accounting needs.Testing & Support: Actively support the program through critical testing phases, including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Best Practices: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure EPM leading practices are consistently applied across all configurations and workflows.Integration Validation: Review and validate integration builds during SIT and UAT to ensure data quality, cross-module alignment, and overall deployment readiness.EPM/ERP Alignment: Manage and optimize the interrelationships between EPM modules and the ERP to ensure seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in EPM implementation or administration, specifically in techno-functional roles.Proven experience working with Oracle FCC (Financial Consolidation and Close) and PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).Strong understanding of financial accounting principles to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions.Hands-on experience participating in and leading CRP, SIT, and UAT phases for large-scale implementations.Integration Skills: Ability to validate complex integration builds between EPM modules and external ERP systems.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (Accounting and Finance teams).High attention to detail regarding data integrity and system alignment.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Excellent organizational, problem solver, and analytical abilities.Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills.Initiative and drive to do great things.About The Company/BenefitsPlan A Technologies is an American software development and technology advisory firm that brings top-tier engineering talent to clients around the world.
