This is a journey that we are making together with our talented staff and our customers.Summary Description: The position requires managing the mill inventory and outside warehouses and any required transfers, dispositioning of inventory along with managing the rewinder schedules to fill orders. Responsible for an annual physical inventory at mill managed warehouses and financial/audit follow ups. Investigate and document shipping errors.Key Accountabilities:Manage paper inventory at the mill and outside warehousesResponsible for physical inventories and financial/audit follow-upsAnalysis and disposition of aging, unassigned and salvage inventoryMaintain master roll inventory target levels and report usageReturned inventory tracking, record keeping, reporting and dispositioningManage needs to fill orders from inventory in outside warehouses with shipment plannerManage rewinder scheduling for efficient operationInvestigate, make necessary inventory adjustments and document shipping errorsManage trial inventory making necessary status changes and transfersParticipate in weekend coverage requirementsProvide backup coverage for the machine plannerProfileRequired skills:Minimum Required Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong computer & system experienceKnowledge of order management functions (scheduling, inventory, shipping)Preferred Skills:Knowledge and use of applicable systems/applications: OptiVision, SAP, Excel, CognosExcellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of winding and rewindingRequired Experience and Education:Minimum 3 years of experience in Quinnesec PS&D or pulp/paper manufacturing.ORMinimum 3 years of experience in logistics/inventory planning and scheduling.5/18/2026Billerud NA is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
