Maintenance Engineering Operator
Position Title: Maintenance Engineering Operator
General Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance.
Troubleshooting.
Repair & Replacement.
System Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance using diagnostic tools and control systems to detect early failure signs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, part replacements, and equipment performance data.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
Collaboration: Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for routine and emergency repairs.
Energy Efficiency: Participate in energy management programs by optimizing equipment settings for energy-efficient operation.
Training: Provide technical training to new team members and colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in machinery and electrical systems maintenance and repair.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of industrial safety regulations and procedures.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for working effectively with team members and explaining issues clearly.
Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to work in shifts and respond flexibly in emergency situations.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in machinery maintenance, electrical work, or related fields are preferred.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in the maintenance environment.
Working Hour: 6am-4/5pm
