In addition, Guaranteed Rate Affinity markets its services to consumers and unaffiliated realtor referral sources.About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or underwriting within the mortgage or financial services industry, and possess an active NMLS State license in at least one state. This role requires proficiency in Encompass and Microsoft Office programs, as well as the ability to work flexible hours to support our sales operations.Key Responsibilities:Support top GRA loan officers and sales team with client communications, document collection, and file management.Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of loan applications using all GRA loan operating systems.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.Maintain accurate records and update client information in company systems.Coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing departments to ensure timely loan processing.Provide exceptional customer service to clients and business partners.Perform additional administrative and sales support duties as assigned.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a Licensed Sales or Underwriting position within the mortgage or financial services industry. Example: Loan Officer, Licensed Sales Assistant, Processor/Underwriter.Active NMLS State license in at least one state (required).Proficient in Encompass loan origination software.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Full-time availability with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting multiple loan officers or sales professionals.Bilingual abilities are a plus.NOTE: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with this job.
