Experienced RV TechnicianDo you have hands-on experience in RV repair and maintenance? Are you confident in diagnosing and fixing a wide range of RV systems-from plumbing to electrical and beyond? If so, Miller's RV wants you on our team!We're seeking a full-time RV Technician with proven experience in the field. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all major RV systems, performing inspections, and helping our customers get back on the road with confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair issues in all RV systems including:Electrical (12V and 110V)Plumbing (fresh, gray, and black water)HVAC systemsPropane systemsSlide-outs, awnings, appliances, and morePerform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and service write-upsCollaborate with service advisors and other team members for efficient repair flowMaintain clear documentation of diagnostics and repairs in service softwareMaintain a clean, organized work area and uphold shop safety standardsRequirementsRV technician experience required-must have experience in diagnosing and repairing multiple RV systemsStrong troubleshooting skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordRVIA/RVDA certification is a plus but not requiredSchedule & BenefitsSchedule: Monday-Friday (daytime hours, no weekends!)Benefits include:Competitive pay based on experience, with bonus optionsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and sick timeEmployee parts discountSupportive, family-owned team environmentAbout Miller's RV
