With a strong emphasis on collaboration and cutting-edge technology, this team is poised for significant growth in the AI and government sectors.What You Will DoDevelop and maintain user-friendly frontend applications using Next.js and React.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Implement responsive design principles with Tailwind to ensure a seamless user experience.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user satisfaction.Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve the product.Ideal Candidate Background0-5 years of experience in frontend development.Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks, particularly React and Next.js.Familiarity with CSS frameworks, specifically Tailwind.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-centric applications.Experience working in a collaborative team environment.PreferredExposure to AI technologies or government-related projects.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.Experience with performance optimization and testing frameworks.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $130K to $200K, complemented by equity between 0.25% and 1%.
