Prune Technician
Job Overview
The Prune technician is responsible for the complete care of the cannabis plant during the vegetative and flowering stages, with a strong focus on pruning and plant health . this includes tasks such as skirting, 21-day defoliation, scouting and supporting other cultivation functions such as harvest and environmental monitoring, the role as includes supporting room resets and reload, assisting in IPM efforts and reporting any plant , equipment or environmental concerns.
Hours:7am - 4pm
Shifts: Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays as needed)

Responsibilities
Plant care and pruning: perform routine pruning techniques including skirting, 21-day defoliation and general canopy management.
Environmental monitoring: Perform environmental check-offs and help monitor key conditions such as temperature, humidity and CO2 levels.
IPM and Scouting: Conduct daily scouting to identify signs of pest pressure, disease or stress in plants. Report any irregularities immediately to leadership.
Room management : Help with room resets and reloads, ensuring proper sanitation and readiness for new plant cycles.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOP and Timelines.
Physically able to stand for extended periods , bend reach and lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic understanding of cannabis plant structure, growth stages and pruning techniques(training provided).
Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions (warm ,Humid, ect)
Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment.
Must be dependable , punctual and self - motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
