One of our clients is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager – Sight & Sense (AI/ML) - Dearborn, MI (Onsite) for a contract opportunity.Note: Looking for candidates with independent work authorization only (No Sponsorship / No H1-B)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong focus on AI/ML, Computer Vision, or data-driven product development.3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and retaining talent.Strong understanding of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data engineering, model training, deployment, inference, and monitoring.Experience leading engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, execution, and delivery tracking.Strong expertise in building scalable, reliable, and production-grade software systems.Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or Computer Vision–based products, preferably in real-world or industrial environments.If interested, please send your resume to harsh@phtstaffing.com
