Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles) Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) N Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate Pending License accepted: (Y/N) N RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's 40 hrs for 8/10's Special Requirements: Experience with Swans, IABP, Impella, Hemodynamics and post heart recovery; EPIC experience.
