Configuration Management Analyst

We have an opportunity for a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst to work with a skilled and highly motivated team on leading-edge work. The successful candidate will participate on a team providing varied Data Management (DM) and Configuration Management (CM) support. This position supports an established contract for developing mission-critical operations. Our customers’ framework continues to evolve. Evaluating, learning, and integrating lessons learned will be a constant factor in this position. The responsibilities of this role include:   Develop and document CM processes based on prior working knowledge of CM principlesGenerate or update CM Plans (CMPs) and required processesSupport the development of new baseline requirementsCapture meeting agendas and minutes, and tracking action items and change requestsPerform Quality Assurance of configuration data to ensure accuracy RequirementsEssential Skills and ExperienceHigh School DiplomaThree (3) to Five (5) years or more of direct CM experienceProficient with MS Office tools, primarily MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to effectively communicate across all organizational levels, including co-workers, managers, and government customersAbility to multitask, work well independently, and work in a team environmentDependable, self-starter with strong technical skills and attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracyGood organizational, task tracking, and follow-up skillsPreferred Skills and ExperienceJira or Confluence experienceExperience working within a classified work environment Clearance RequirementsTo be considered for this position, an applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active Secret security clearance (or higher).
