Join Lutheran Social Services as a Program Supervisor - Residential Treatment at the Fahrman Center , a 42-bed residential program providing substance use disorder treatment and restorative justice services. This Co-Supervisor role shares day-to-day program oversight, staff support, and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care.
