The Assistant Kitchen Manager will participate in direct oversight of all BOH functions and maintain a significant role in mentoring a strong BOH team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to perform a wide variety of tasks while enforcing all company policies and procedures. All our leaders are expected to lead by example, promote a strong positive culture and demonstrate an eagerness to grow and develop with our company. Requisite necessary skills include organization, communication (internally & with vendors), inventory management, tech savvy, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
