NPI Program Lead
Your roleThe NPI Program Lead will provide leadership and direction to the portfolio of product development programmes for NPI programs at Ceres Technologies, as part of the stragetgies of Semiconductor equipment and service divisons.Main ResponsibilitiesAssume complete ownership of the program(s) assigned to them. Coordinate the management of the development and delivery of NPI products ensuring alignment of resources within the company with the strategy & overall portfolio goals.Facilitate the aquisition and utilisation of the requisite skills and tools essential for project fulfillment. Partner closely with internal teams to drive project and programs to meet strategic roadmap ambition, on time, to budget and quality, ensuring that the full range of planned outcomes are achievedProactively track progress and report status to the NPI Program Manager, identifying roadblocks and proposing and enabling solutions to resolve. Support continuous improvement of the new product introduction processes in order to develop time to market as a competitive advantageDevelopment of positive relationships with customer facing, internal customers and product management teams to promote collaborative relationships to develop business objectives including steering and sponsoring core technology activity in support of the product roadmap.Bring profitable products to marketOn-time, on budget, to product-cost targetsWith service and on-going support requirements satisfiedAt required quality and reliabilityIn compliance with standards on health, safety and environmentIn compliance with external standards and legislationsEstablish personal product, application and technology knowledge to support product selection and developmentTo succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.Skills/Knowledge/ExperienceBachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years working experience of project management or engineering, preferably in global companies Previous supervisory or functional management experience in one or more departments in an engineering / manufacturing company is essential. Must have excellent influencing and negotiation skills at multiple organizational levels, including up to executive level, therefore needs to have authority, credibility and respect across a wide range of functions within the company Must be able to analyze complex program requirements and identify key phases and workstreams as part of high level program definition. Remains calm under pressure and has the ability to find creative and pragmatic solutions to seemingly intractable problems. Displays clear leadership willing to take ownership and control of a situation and bring people with him/her even though they may not functionally report to him/her. Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP (preferably Encompix) with a solid understanding of discrete manufacturing, bills of material, and supply chain operations Project Management methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – PowerPoint and Excel.
