In this role, you will coordinate cross-functionally across several departments within the Product, Revenue, and Operations organizations. Your goal is to educate and enable new customers of our products and services while monitoring their success through activation rates.What You’ll DoManage dependencies both within and across the company for up to 35 customer deployments simultaneouslyIdentify, understand, and reinforce customer buying decisions throughout the deployment lifecycleCoordinate with respective teams as applicable to mitigate and resolve deployment risksCommunicate and influence customer execution and deliveryOversee the planning, tracking, and completion of all project tasks throughout the customer implementation process, including but not limited to:Own credentialing, account setup, and post solutioningDevelop and oversee the project deployment, leading implementation meetings, coordinating and monitoring the progress of the customer, and handing off to Support or Customer SuccessCoordinate internal resources as required to manage engagement from sales handoff through first invoiceDrive customers to activate within 60 days and reach 5% of EACVPrepare and coordinate client training, help customers to adopt product features and recognize their benefitsProvide ongoing deployment progress to management using relevant reporting tools and dashboardsIdentify and drive improvement projects to reduce time to value while ensuring high-quality output, taking action to notify and solve quality issuesWhat You Bring2+ years of customer service or customer success experienceExcellent written/oral/presentation skills; comfortable communicating at multiple levels within an organizationFlexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environmentAn A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.What You’ll GetA fast-paced and collaborative environmentLearning and development allowanceCompetitive cash and equity compensation and opportunity for advancement100% medical, dental, and vision coverageUp to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning servicesFlexible PTO policyMonthly wellness stipendPay Transparency DisclosureOne of Checkr’s core values is Transparency. Our hub locations are Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN; and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days a week. In-office perks are provided, such as lunch five times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages.
