Job DescriptionOur Charlton Family Medicine of Ballston Lake office is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team!\nThis is a 40 hour week. The hours are: Monday through Thursday 8:15 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.\n**This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**\nResponsibilities:\n\nAdminister and record vaccines.\nDocument verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.\nDocument information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.\nMaintain timely patient flow.\nPrepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.\nObtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.\nAccurate and timely order entry into the lab system.\nPerform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)\nProcess patient prescriptions.\nDiscuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.\n\n\nIf you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!\nCompensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour\nCCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
